A Kazakh poet Erbol Beyilkhan was born in the Republic of Mongolia, in Bayan-Ulgy region. In 1993-1998 Erbol studied at S.Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University at philological faculty, and from 2002 till 2004 - at the L.N. Gumilev Euroasian National University, on the Kazakh literature department and graduated as the master.

Erbol Beyilkhan is the chairman of public association "Altyn Kazyna", the author of collections of poems «Zhas tolkyn», «Bai беbesik tumalary», "Astana-zhyrshuagym", «Tauelsizdyk nurly tany», «Azhimsyz zhurek …». Besides, Erbol Beyilkhan has a set of publications in republican newspapers and magazines.
